a) Our Content

All content on the Website — including designs, templates, text, images, branding, and other materials — is owned by or licensed to OneFourFour Designs and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or sell any of our content without prior written permission.

 

b) Client Work

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Upon full payment, you receive ownership rights to the final designs delivered to you for your business use.

  • OneFourFour Designs retains the right to display completed projects in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

 

4. Digital Products & Templates

If you purchase downloadable products (e.g., website templates, brand kits, or digital guides):

  • These are licensed, not sold.

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or business use only.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or claim these products as your own.

 

5. Payments & Refunds

 

a) Payments

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full before digital products are delivered or design projects begin unless a payment plan is agreed upon in writing.

 

b) Refunds

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.

  • Design Services: Refunds are available before work begins. Once concepts or deliverables have been provided, refunds are issued only at our discretion.

 

6. Third-Party Services

Our Website may link to third-party websites or integrate with tools such as payment processors, analytics platforms, and hosting services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of third-party providers. Please review their policies before using their services.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneFourFour Designs and its affiliates are not liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, profits, or revenue
