At OneFourFour Designs, we aim to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products and services vary between digital downloads, custom design work, and physical merchandise, different return and refund rules apply.

 

1) Digital Products & Templates

• Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.

• This includes downloadable templates, brand kits, digital guides, and any other instant delivery items.

• No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are available once a digital file has been purchased or downloaded.

 

2) Custom Design Services

• Refunds are available before work begins. If you change your mind after payment but before any design work has started, you will receive a full refund.

• Once concepts, proofs, or deliverables have been shared, refunds are issued only at our discretion and may be subject to a partial deduction based on work completed.

• If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, any deposits or payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

3) Printed Products, Merchandise & Physical Deliverables

• For physical items such as printed artwork, branded merchandise, or other tangible products:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

  • A full refund will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

4) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at onefourfourdesign@gmail.com.

• We will gladly replace or repair the item at no additional cost to you.

• Depending on the situation, we may request photos of the damaged item or ask you to return it before processing a replacement.

 

5) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Digital downloads and templates

• Custom design work once deliverables are provided

• Items marked as “final sale”

 

6) How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

1. Email us at onefourfourdesign@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. For physical items, securely package the product to prevent damage during transit.

3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.
