Shipping policy

At OneFourFour Designs, we strive to deliver your orders safely, quickly, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how we ship printed goods and merchandise, both through drop shipping and directly from our studio in Canada.

 

1. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily use Canada Post and Purolator for all shipments:

  • Canada Post: Standard shipping for most items, including prints, small merchandise, and packaged products.

  • Purolator: Used for larger items, such as rolled canvas prints, to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping methods are selected based on size, weight, and destination of the order.

 

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within Canada only.

  • For customers outside Canada, please contact us in advance for custom shipping arrangements.

 

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Custom or large items (e.g., rolled canvas prints) may take longer to prepare.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the carrier, service level, and your location:

Canada Post:

  • Standard parcels: 3–10 business days

  • Expedited parcels: 2–5 business days

Purolator (large items / rolled canvas):

  • Standard: 2–7 business days

  • Express: 1–3 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

 

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

  • Free shipping promotions may apply for specific orders, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.

 

6. Drop Shipping & Third-Party Fulfillment

  • Some orders may be fulfilled directly by trusted drop-ship partners.

  • All drop-shipped items are processed with the same care and quality standards as orders shipped directly from our studio.

  • Tracking information will be provided once the order leaves the warehouse.

 

7. Packaging & Handling

  • All printed items and merchandise are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Rolled canvas prints are securely packaged in durable tubes for safe delivery.

 

8. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at onefourfourdesign@gmail.com.

  • We will work with the carrier to replace or repair the item at no extra cost to you.

 

9. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment directly through Canada Post or Purolator.
