Whether you’re building a portfolio, pitching to a client, or just need to see your design on something other than a blank canvas, mockups are magic. They help bring your work to life and tell the story of your design in a way plain files never could.
The best part? You don’t need to break the bank to get beautiful mockups. There are so many sites out there offering high-quality, free mockup files, you just need to know where to look.
Here are my go-to mockup sites when I want to show off my designs in their best light, no credit card required.

Massive library, easy to use, totally free.
This site is a goldmine. From packaging and apparel to tech screens and signage, they’ve got a little bit of everything! Files are mostly PSDs and always high quality. It’s my first stop when I’m looking for something that feels polished and professional without feeling overly staged.
LS Graphics (Freebies Section)
High-end look, zero dollar price tag.
Their freebies are beautifully designed and easy to work with. Think clean scenes, subtle shadows, and just the right amount of drama. Great for people who want minimal, elevated vibes.

Old-school, still gold.
If you were making mockups in 2015, you probably already know this one. Graphic Burger has a huge archive of free downloads, and while some styles are a little dated, many still totally hold up. Great for posters, branding, packaging, and more.
Modern, clean, and thoughtfully curated.
A nice mix of print, digital, and product mockups—updated regularly. The site layout is straightforward and you can filter easily by type. I love their selection of stationery and branding scene mockups.
Pixeden (Freebies Section)

Sharp designs with a high-end look.
Pixeden offers both free and premium resources, but their free mockups are still excellent quality. They specialize in slick, commercial-style presentation mockups, especially for stationery and business branding.
Simple, elegant, no sign-ups required.
This is a hidden gem! Clean scenes, easy-to-use files, and a website that doesn’t make you jump through hoops to download. Their print mockups (like brochures and business cards) are especially good.
Don’t waste your time searching the depths of the internet for mockups that are low-res, watermarked, or buried behind annoying pop-ups.
These sites give you high-quality, free mockups without the hassle and they’re perfect for building your brand, landing clients, or just showing off your latest creation like the creative genius you are.
Got a favorite free mockup site I didn’t mention? Drop it in the comments! Sharing is caring.
